The human brain works by pattern recognition and it’s really important to revisit and practice often. anything that targets excellence requires tremendous drilling. the more you do a certain task, its easier for the brain to recall them spontaneously — Read Somewhere on linkedIn today, thought of sharing with you all.

Today I woke up at 5:30 am, and I am having 1/2 an hour extra than normal days. Nothing special I am doing today, except finishing my office work, I am working like a turtle. At noon I got a call from HR, for shifting me to a different team as work is more over there. And told me about the work culture of that team, also told me to be prepared for spending 12 to 14 hrs a day and maybe more, because the product is not stable. I hope this doesn’t create problems in my way to prepare for interviews. Even with having normal work, I don’t put much effort into my goals and after having this much of work, I don’t know how I am going to manage all this.

Already feeling pressurized after knowing about the pressure in my new project. I don’t have a problem working 12 to 14 hrs, but if this is going to be regular then there will be no work-life balance.

Today I solved 1 question from the leetcode July challenge. Did a few data structure questions. Still not satisfied by the speed I am moving, actually not moving it is crawling, but better than not doing anything. But girl you truly need to work hard. Lot more improvement required from your end. The next few months may be quite busy as a new product to work upon, going to work with a new team, new experiences, more learning and most importantly I have to work on my dreams, my goals, which I am not giving 100%, so I can not expect anything.

I think I have a lot of pending work, which I need to complete first. Only then I can plan something for my dreams, keeping the office work pending will put me in problems only. I love my current job because I got to learn so many things from my teammate, they are so helping and it’s difficult to find someone in this corporate world who will help you in solving your problems. I am lucky in terms of the teammate I got. I hope the next team is also going to be that helping so I can learn fast.

Girl you need to practice more, you have the potential. All you have to do is work hard for it. But before that finish your all pending tasks so that It doesn’t become a burden on you. You are like a rock, once decided something you can do it. Girl you need to practice practice and practice and one day you will feel happy about all the pains you have gone through which helped you in becoming successful.

“All our dreams can come true, if we have the courage to pursue them.” — Walt Disney

Happy practicing!!!
