It feels good when we achieve goals, whether short or long, settings goals is important.

This post is in continuation to my previous post.

It’s day 4 of blogging, and happy to say today I was able to do 10 questions of Data Structure and Algorithm, although my actual goal was to do 20 questions daily, but somehow I have overestimated, and changed the numbers so it feels like achievable, something more realistic to what I can do right now. It’s not like that I can not do 20 questions daily. I know I can do but I will pick up the speed slowly, I know my potential, If I decide something I make sure I do it wholeheartedly.

It was my office today, I had a call, kind of interview call, it was not exactly the interview call, because it was from my own company, one of our product team required Java developer and they thought of me and the tech lead of that team was on the call. He just asked about the work I was doing in my current project, but I wasn’t able to explain it to him properly. I was stammering, I felt a shortage of words while speaking, also It felt like after working the whole days and the whole nights I have done nothing because I wasn’t able to speak anything properly.

Another realization, I have to improve my communication skills, if I am seriously thinking of getting a good job in a good company. With solving the data structure questions I will also work on my communication skills while writing I think we get time to think, but while speaking we just have to speak whatever we know, And just knowing things will not help you in an interview if you are not able to express/say it properly.

Tomorrow is Sunday and I have to make the most of it. I have started the book “Leaders Eat Last”, I have to finish that also, otherwise it will turn out to be a distraction for me while studying. After finishing this book, I will start with another book that is related to technology and will help me in my System Design Interview -“Microservices Patterns” by Orielly.

Girl, You have to go long, its just the start, and speed is slow, but remember slow and steady wins the race. You just have to remain consistent and then nobody can stop you from achieving your goals.

Happy Blogging!!!
