Yesterday I slept by 1:00 am, I was feeling sleepy still I was not able to sleep, something was missing. If I am not able to sleep that’s okay, it happens rarely. I will not waste my time and will start with my office work which is pending. Did office work till 1:00 am and finally I was feeling sleepy and went to sleep.

In continuation to the below post

Today I wake up at 4:45 am, 4:40 is the alarm I have set for myself. One thing I should tell you I never use an alarm to wake up, I usually wake up on time, my body clock works perfectly fine, And I feel happy to be a morning person. I have set this alarm so that I can wake early than my previous time. But alarm is helpful in such kind of situations when you go to bed late but want to wake up at normal times.

I did the pending office work and then by 6:00 am followed my morning routine and by 7:30 again I was on my desk and finished my work, and now I will do some interview preparation stuff. By 10:00 AM I realized, yesterday I haven’t made any schedule for today’s learning, and I realized what was missing yesterday, marking off the list as done gives me a sense of accomplishment and planning the new day ahead, makes me prepared for next targets. This comes into my night routine, where I write about my daily experiences and thoughts and then writing about my interview preparation stuff which shows me direct check where I am currently in terms of learning and finally, marking all the todo list as done and preparing new todo list for the upcoming day.

I hope now if I am not able to sleep, I already know the reason. I am sleep deprived so I will sleep early, I have to take care of my health because health is everything, if you have health, you can achieve wealth through hard work.

Also, I have to create long term goals, not just daily goals, It will give me a wide vision to see my future self.

Happy Reading!!!
